ScoreMD is built to keep your clinical work on your device. All 55 calculators run entirely on-device and need no account, no login, and no internet connection. The values you enter and the results you calculate are never sent anywhere.
The app connects to the internet only for three optional features, described below. None of them require an account, and none collect data that identifies you.
Calculation results are stored locally on your device using iOS's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear your history within the app.
Premium purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. ScoreMD does not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any purchase-related personal data. Transaction verification is handled by Apple's StoreKit framework.
If you choose to send a suggestion from the app's Settings, the text you write is stored in ScoreMD's private database on Apple's iCloud (CloudKit). We use suggestions only to decide which calculators and features to build next. You do not need an account to send one, and we do not ask for your name or contact details. Apple associates each record with an anonymous iCloud identifier that we cannot use to contact or identify you.
To improve stability, ScoreMD uses Apple's MetricKit framework to collect anonymous crash and performance diagnostic reports. These reports contain technical information only, such as the crash type, the app version, the iOS version, and the device model, plus the diagnostic stack trace. They contain no personal data, no user identifiers, and nothing you type into the app. ScoreMD uses no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking frameworks, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
ScoreMD does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. Its only network features use Apple's own frameworks, CloudKit and MetricKit, and the data stays within ScoreMD's Apple-hosted iCloud container.
ScoreMD is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals. It is not directed at children under 18 years of age.
If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
